We are obligated to verify the identity of those we release personal information to. If you do not cooperate with our efforts to verify the request, we will not be able to process the request. Any additional personal information we collect in order to authenticate a request will be used solely for that purpose. We will retain the information collected as part of our record keeping for this release only, and such information will be stored by us following our standard security and data protection policies. Depending on your request, we may disclose the nature of it to our service providers or to third parties where required to accommodate the request. We may also disclose details of the request to regulatory authorities where required.
